My service areas
Select an area to view its sub-areas. Choose up to 12 sub-areas across any areas. If you make no selection, your services are shown nationwide.
Change password
Use at least 8 characters, including a number, an uppercase letter and a lowercase letter.
Changing your password signs you out of all sessions, including this one. You will return to the sign-in screen and need to sign in with your new password.
Your playing level is recorded separately for each sport. Use the sport tabs to set your levels; changing one does not affect the others.
Select a sport to view its rating scale. Each sport has its own level; changing your tennis level will not change your padel level. Your current selection appears on each tab.
My current information
My ranking points
Ranking points earned in completed tournaments. Points count towards your total for one year from the tournament start date, then remain in your history. These are your tournament achievements over the past year, separate from your results-based rating.
Everything you offer to other people is saved as a draft first. Only you see it until you publish it.
My services
Services remain in draft and do not appear in search until an administrator approves your service provider account. You can prepare your services now.
To publish a service, select at least one sub-area under "My service areas" on the Personal details tab.
Add a service
Clubs have their own staff and permissions. Coaches can work independently or join a club; each coach keeps their own account.
Choose a club
Choose the club you play at and press "Join". This gives no permission at all — the club will see you in its member list, and it will appear for you under "My clubs". You can leave at any moment. A club that wants to take you on as a coach or as staff sends you an invitation, and it appears here until you confirm.
Doubles invitations
You have been invited to partner someone in a doubles tournament. Your entry is not confirmed and no place is allocated until you accept.
My clubs
Open a business or a shop
Service providers can create and publish their own business or shop. To set up a club, contact us so we can confirm its owner and manager.
My certificates
Uploaded certificates remain private while awaiting review. They appear on your public profile only after a member of our team has verified them.
You have not uploaded any certificates yet.
Delete the account
Deleting the account signs you out on every device, hides the profile, takes down the services you published and the files you uploaded, and ends your memberships in clubs. The deletion cannot be undone from here. If there is a business, a shop or a club that you are the sole owner of, the ownership has to be transferred to someone else first — otherwise the deletion will be refused.
Find a service provider
Find a service
Search shows published services from available providers. Suspended or deleted accounts and disabled sports or categories are excluded.
Courses and workshops
Courses, workshops and professional development matching your selected sport, area and search, with registration still open. Service category filters do not apply to courses. To register, open "Courses and workshops".
Your outgoing and incoming requests
My requests
Manage the requests you have sent. You can cancel an open request, accept a proposed time or price, or suggest alternative terms.
Manage incoming requests. If the time or price needs to change, propose alternative terms for the requester to review. Accepting confirms the terms saved when the request was sent;it does not charge money and does not create a payment order.

Recommended academies
An editorial selection, rather than an advertising or self-registration directory. Each entry explains why Why it is recommended, and which team member endorsed it. Any paid placement will be clearly labelled.
Vacancies and job searches, on one board
Job board
The jobs board has not opened yet
The board is built and waiting, and the system's owner is the one who opens it. Until then the board is empty for everybody and no post can be published. This is a deliberate state, not a fault.
You can write a post right now — it is saved as a draft, it stays yours, and it waits here until the board opens.
What I sent
The applications you submitted and the approaches you sent, each with its status. Every row opens to show everything that happened on it — including the reason, if the post was cancelled.
My posts
A new post is saved as a draft and does not appear on the board until "Publish". Publishing needs a title and details in at least one language, an area and engagement terms. A Job search post is open to anyone with an account; a Vacancy post needs publishing approval — the same list as the course and camp publishers.

Change request for the product
For users with the change-request permission. Every request is saved and emailed for approval, and only after approval does anyone touch the code.

Administration
Access is restricted to users with administration permissions. Each action is also checked by the server.
Opens in a new tab. The handbook explains each administration screen and how to resolve common problems. If it has not yet been uploaded to the server, a page-not-found message will appear.
Users
+ New user
Create an account for someone who has not signed up. Enter a phone number or email address. A temporary password will be generated and displayed once; it cannot be displayed again.
The temporary password
This password is shown once only. The moment you close this panel, refresh the page or leave the screen it is gone, and it cannot be recovered from anywhere. Copy it now and give it to the account holder over a safe channel.
Click the eye to show it, or “Copy” to copy it without showing it.
Clubs
Manage clubs, their coaches and service providers, club pages and court offers. Other businesses and independent providers are under "Businesses and shops". Changes are logged with the previous values. Clubs cannot be deleted because they hold memberships and services; select "Archived" to retire a club.
+ New club
Businesses and shops
Manage independent providers, shops and businesses that are not clubs. Businesses created by their owners are published immediately. Businesses created here remain in draft until published from their card. All changes are recorded in the audit log. Select "Archived" to retire a business.
+ New business or shop
Tournaments
Create a tournament as a draft, then publish it when ready. Players see published tournaments for their sport. Age and gender eligibility are checked against their profiles. When capacity is reached, players join the waiting list and can be accepted here. Cancellations require a reason; participant records are retained so they can be contacted. No payment is processed through RACQUET.
+ New tournament
Tiers (leagues)
Each tier represents one season at one level (D, C, B, A or Premier) in a sport. Add players with existing accounts, allocate them to 1–2 pools of up to 10 and generate round-robin fixtures. Hosting duties are assigned to the player who has hosted fewer matches. Winners report results for approval here. The pool stage is followed by playoffs and season closure, with 2 players promoted and 2 relegated.
+ New tier
Ratings
The results-based Elo rating is updated after each eligible tournament or league match. It appears as "Results-based rating" on profiles and determines seeding order. This is No the yearly ranking points from tournaments: points accumulate by stage and expire after a year, while the rating here is match by match. Clicking a row opens the player's rating log — every match, with the figure before and after.
Recalculate ratings for this sport
Sports
Disabling a sport removes it from selection lists, preventing new ratings or services for that sport. Existing ratings, services and certificates are preserved. You can re-enable the sport at any time. Sports are not deleted because existing records still refer to them.
Certificate types
Disabling a certificate type removes it from the upload form. Existing certificates retain their type and details. The type can be re-enabled at any time. Types cannot be deleted because they form part of a provider's qualification record.
Service categories
A category that is switched off disappears from the picker when a service is published. Services already published under it do not change, and switching off can be undone. A category is never deleted, because deleting it would delete what a coach actually published.
"Requires a certificate" limits publishing in a category to providers with a verified qualification. Selected sports determine where the category is available; with none selected, it applies to all sports. Disabled sports are marked "Off". They can be selected, but services cannot be published for them until re-enabled under Administration → Catalogues → Sports.
Match formats
Choose the match format in each tournament's form, for example "Set to 6 games" or "Best of 3 sets". Disabling a format removes it from selection lists without changing existing tournaments. It can be re-enabled later. Scores are validated for the four predefined formats; custom formats accept any list of set scores.
Points values
Set the ranking points awarded for each tournament finish: champion, runner-up, semi-final, quarter-final, round of 16, round of 32 and participation. The default table applies when a tournament has no table selected. Add alternative tables, for example for a club cup, and select them in the tournament form. Changes apply only to future calculations; previously awarded points remain unchanged. Disabled tables are hidden from selection lists and can be re-enabled.
Ranking points by tournament level
Levels appear down the table and rounds across it. Each level has separate singles and doubles rows, with lower points values for doubles. Both doubles partners receive the full points value for the round. A dash means the round awards no points: it is neither zero nor a default value, and no ranking-points entry is created. Leave a field blank to keep its current value. Tournaments with a catalogue level use that level's points table. Tournaments with only a custom level label keep their existing points calculation.
Manage levels
Add, rename, reorder, deactivate or delete a level. Inactive levels are hidden from the tournament form, while existing tournaments retain their level. You can reactivate a level at any time. A level used by existing tournaments can be deactivated but cannot be deleted.
Additional points tables
Reports
Review reports about users, messages, services or reviews. Every decision requires a reason, which is retained with the record for future review.
Classifieds
Manage the private-seller classifieds: set monthly listing limits, maintain categories and review reported listings. An account that manages a shop cannot publish on the board.
Monthly listing limit
Listings published during the user's calendar month count towards the limit. Drafts do not count. Removal by a moderator restores the allowance for that listing.
An exception for one user
The board's categories
What can be sold on the board. A category that is switched off disappears from the picker; listings already saved with it do not change.
Reported listings
Reported listings awaiting moderation. Removing a listing takes it off the board, deletes its photos and restores the seller's monthly allowance for that listing. A reason is required, and the seller sees it.
Reported reviews
Reviews somebody reported and nobody has removed yet. Removing hides the review from the public page and from the average — it does not delete it, so that the decision can be checked afterwards. A reason is required.
Support cases
Cases customers opened about their account or their request. Note the difference: Reply is sent to the customer and they will read it, Internal note stays with the team. This is not the same list as “Change requests” — those are your own requests to change the product.
Feature flags
Read-only Every flag here controls an area that has not been built yet or has not been approved — payments, push notifications, campaigns, special offers. Switching a flag on is a product decision with legal and financial consequences, and it is yours alone. The approval column is empty on all of them, and that is the answer.
Roles and permissions
A proposal that has not been approved. The division of permissions between roles shown here is only a proposal, and no product decision has been taken on it yet.
Request tracking
All the requests and faults, not just the open ones. Every request has a fixed number — that is the number people quote (“deal with request 12”), and it never changes. A new request starts as Open and before work begins on it, it must be approve — after approval you can move it to “In progress” and then to “Completed”. Cancelling is possible at any stage. The note written here is what was actually done, and it is shown in the list.
Open a request or report a fault
Saved at once, given a number, and emailed to you with approve and reject links.
Change requests for approval
Every request that has not been decided yet, with its full text. Three decisions, one click each: Assign to automated worker — enters the automated queue for processing; Assign for manual handling — approved, but stays with the team; Reject — is closed, and the reason is kept.
Change requests
Triage each request for automated processing, manual handling or rejection. Only requests assigned to the automated worker enter its queue; the others remain with the team.
Certificates for approval
Clicking a certificate opens the document. Approval needs no reason; rejection does — it is saved, and the person who uploaded it reads it.
Service providers
Service provider applications await review here. Services remain in draft and are hidden from search until approval. A reason is required when rejecting an application or revoking approval; the applicant can read it on their profile.
Course publishers
Manage who can publish courses and workshops. Add an individual by phone number, email or name, or select an organisation so its managers can publish on its behalf. Revoking permission requires a note, which is recorded in the audit log. Published courses remain unchanged.
Roles
View platform roles and their holders. Search by name, email or phone number to assign a role, or remove it beside the user's name. Changes take effect immediately; there is no separate Save button.
Photos for approval
A profile photo that has been uploaded is shown to others only after it is approved here; until then only the account holder sees it. Rejecting deletes the file, and the account holder sees on their profile that the photo was removed.
Audit log
The audit log records each action, who performed it and when. It is read-only; entries cannot be edited or deleted through the application.
